I do not love you as if you were salt-rose, or Topaz,
Or the arrow of carnations the fire shoots off.
I love you as certain dark things are meant to be loved,
In secret, between the shadow and the soul.
I love you as the plant that never blooms
But carries in itself the light of hidden flowers;
Thanks to your love a certain solid fragrance,
Risen from the earth, lives darkly in my body.
I love you without knowing how, or when, or from where.
I love you straightforwardly, without complexities or pride;
So I love you because I know no other way than this:
Where I does not exist, nor you,
So close that your hand on my chest is my hand,
So close that your eyes close as I fall asleep.

The unfortunate event
Since most of my friends have heard about the incident ( after "effortlessly" repeating myself for at least a 101 times), I shall not blog it down and just instead keep this incident as part of the space in my memories that I hope to erase.
In place of the unexpected event, I seemed to have suffered some form of post-trauma syndromes. Paranoia... I hate the kind of feeling I get whenever I'm alone by myself.
It's as if ANYTHING could happened if one is alone and I'm haunted by this possibility of the unexpected... Everything is just twisted.
Don't you get the feeling that sometimes things like famine, murder, kidnapping, etc., always seems so far away but by and large the chances of you getting into situations such as these are as possible as the majority?
Relating the story to Sarah, she told me that she had an encounter with a snatch thief herself.
Someone had tired to snatch her phone while she was smsing. She was fast enough and held on tighter... She's Good...haha
Perhaps one is actually not as safe as we thought. And sometimes these things happen to reinstate the fact that we are never in control.
Things happen to reaffirm our beliefs in the One who protects and control our lives. knowing that things always happen for a reason...
The violent side of me surfaced when I imagine myself really walloping the thief up if I had the chance. Well, at least I know for a fact that I'm not a demure as I thought!

Updating!!!!
Frankly, a lot of things have happened since I visited for an entry here.
The most recent was just like a sweet berry topping the cream off...heh.
Let's see the last entry i had was....March 26th?! *recapping*...What happen?
Ok...
There was our AR1326 exhibition...nth exciting..here are some pics...

Our panel

the model our group made - Swiss Pavilion, expo 2000
April 10th I had a submission so before nothing could be as exciting as making and building models and drawing panels. That's for sure...
Oh and hearing from tutors that your design sucks in your face...
Other than that April 10th is probably the more prominent event that's stuck to my memory at least for awhile.
I didn't have as many sleepless night as i thought i would have comparing to last semester. Which i great. But to tell you that with 24hrs, 8 hrs i dedicated to my sleep while the rest is all almost either for project of just to eat could be rather crazy. But seriously...that was the kind i hours i succumbed to during the last few days before submission.
On that day, relieve was the only word that could describe all us yr 1 archi peeps ok.
unfortunately im not a photo taker...no photos!
Some of the designs are really nice la...and the model making skills are just superb. The result of perfectionism.
Just wanna say thanks to my dear MJ cos he really helped me with my models and stuff, staying till late to accompany me. Thanks!Ok...so two days later was crit. Instead of preparing, I was studying for exams and going out. A weird combination but because i figured that since I'm in need of both, just go ahead with both man..
Crit wasn't as bad as i expected.
Colin was rather kind with his words to most of us except for Shufi i think.
For mine, architecturally it was successful and good. But it failed to bring out the art which was the main objective for this project and he said i needed to explore more on that area.
I went out with Wing and Constance the very next day. Wing lost so much weight! Skin and bones, skin and bones...
I was out with 2 very slim people. I coped a few pics from wing's blog...

We ate at sakae! yummy..the last time was with Mj. But i still miss eating it! rather ex for students like us who ate alot la! But wing said Cheryl and herself ate more than what 3 of us had eaten each.hahah....foood monsters!

We had fun la...only that Wing and Constance were dying at the end of the road at the MRT. haha... Long day for them definitely.
I had a physical workout that afternoon before meeting them man..Carrying heavy stuff for friends in school to hostel rooms. My arms were still aching on Friday la! I should be tired too...Maybe it's the odd hours of sleep i had been having that's y.
Good friday followed...
No church for me today but i didn't really tell anyone that i whole up with a burden in my heart. I brushed it off. The holy spirit was definitely telling me stuff...But well, quiet time today perhaps made me understand everything that happened the day before...
next entry!
The exciting tale of the Snatch-thief! haha...i wanna go eat my lunch first...
